Consulting Student (m/f/d) – Frankfurt Store

With Showme Stores, we combine the benefits of online retail with in-person, personalized advice. We give online stores access to brick-and-mortar retail and offer customers the opportunity not only to discover products online, but also to experience them in person and receive personalized advice.

We are looking for a dedicated student to assist with customer service and sales at our store in Frankfurt.

Your Responsibilities

The focus of your work is on providing personalized advice to our customers.

These include:

• You will greet our customers and foster a positive culture of hospitality and service.
• You’ll showcase our products, advise customers, and guide them through the purchasing process.
• You’ll familiarize yourself with our various products and consulting topics.
• You will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the attractive presentation of our products and display areas.
• You will assist with merchandise organization and other organizational tasks.
• Together with the team, you’ll help keep the store tidy and ensure it looks appealing.
• You’ll provide flexible support with other tasks that arise in day-to-day operations.

We are a growing company with a flat organizational structure. That’s why we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just work through a set list of tasks, but also thinks proactively, takes on responsibility, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get to work.

What You Bring to the Table

• You are enrolled at a college or university.
• You enjoy advising customers, making sales, and interacting directly with people.
• You are a good communicator, empathetic, and come across as friendly and confident.
• You are reliable and can work independently.
• You’re a quick learner and are eager to familiarize yourself with new products and topics.
• You’re flexible and pitch in wherever help is needed.
• Some experience in consulting, sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• You can work on Saturdays on a regular basis.
• In addition, you’re usually available every other Monday.

Your Work Schedule

The position involves an average of about 12 hours per week.
