We are a group of companies with a focus on e-commerce and mail order. We include Boxspring Welt GmbH, eCommerce Werkstatt GmbH and Showme Stores GmbH.

We, Showme Stores GmbH, are looking for a Showroom Employee / Sales Consultant (m/f/d) for our store in Bielefeld from 01.08.2024.

Our vision is to give all online stores access to stationary sales and thus provide their customers with personal access to a wide range of products. With this innovative sales strategy, we are breaking new ground in online retail. Further information on the concept and the showroom in Bielefeld can be found at www.showme-stores.com.

Your tasks:

• Establishing a welcoming and service culture and living it as a team
• Presenting products, advising and guiding customers to purchase
• Order processing and customer communication for our Group’s online stores

Your profile:

• Career changers are welcome, commercial training would be ideal
• Communicative and empathetic skills as well as a friendly demeanor
• Ideally experience in customer service and sales
• Curiosity to learn, apply and develop a wide range of products and processes
• Confident with Microsoft Office
